BACKGROUND
On August 26 2021, the City of Bogor made a new commitment to efforts to deal with plastic pollution by declaring the City of Bogor a Plastic Smart Cities (PSC) by the Mayor of Bogor Dr. Bima Arya, S. Hum, MA. The Bogor City Plastic Smart Cities Declaration has made Bogor City the first city in Indonesia to declare a PSC and will become a member of PSC cities in Southeast Asia and China. The Mayor of Bogor and the Chairman of the Management Board of the WWF Indonesia Foundation (WWF ID) signed a cooperation agreement between the Bogor City Government and WWF ID in implementing the PSC Program from 2021 to the end of 2024. WWF ID will provide CAPEX and OPEX support in implementing PSC in Bogor City. WWF ID has received a commitment from WWF Norway to provide grant funding support for the implementation of PSC in Bogor City together with the parties during 2021-2024. In carrying out the program, it is open to getting support from the Bogor City APBD and other non-binding funding sources.
This PSC commitment adds to the City of Bogor's record of achievements in efforts to protect and preserve the environment. Previously, Bogor City had won the One Planet City Challenge competition in 2018, as Champion City for Earth Hour, the formation of the Bogor City Ciliwung Naturalization Task Force and the Bogor City Ciliwung Care Community which was active in preserving the Ciliwung River and Bogor City was one of the pioneers in issuing regulations through the Guardian Regulation. Bogor City in implementing the single-use plastic policy.
PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES
To start PSC actions and activities, the Rekam Trace Nature Nusantara Foundation (Rekam Nusantara Foundation) collaborates with the Bogor City Government to propose several work programs for 2023. The proposed programs are; placing several types of machines and technology to manage plastic waste in an integrated TPS3R in Mekarwangi sub-district and revitalizing 1 TPS3R in Baranangsiang sub-district. Carrying out outreach to reduce the use of plastic bags in traditional markets and supporting the work program of the Bogor City Ciliwung Naturalization Task Force.
In connection with this, we need 1 unit of 4-wheeled vehicle fleet which will be used to transport waste by the Bogor City Environmental Service. The vehicle we need for this transportation is a Suzuki Carry Flat Deck type Ac PC Pick Up.
QUALIFICATION
The vehicles we will choose are as follows:
Preferably cars that are ready stock
Payment for the vehicle is paid off immediately
