1. BACKGROUND
On August 26, 2021, Bogor City made a new commitment to efforts to deal with plastic pollution by declaring Bogor City as a Plastic Smart Cities (PSC) City by Bogor Mayor Bima Arya. The Plastic Smart Cities Declaration of Bogor City has made Bogor City the first city in Indonesia to declare a PSC and will become a member of PSC cities in Southeast Asia and China. The Mayor of Bogor and Chairman of the Governing Board of WWF Indonesia Foundation (WWF ID) signed a cooperation agreement between the Bogor City Government and WWF ID in implementing the PSC Program from 2021 to the end of 2024. WWF ID will provide CAPEX and OPEX support in the implementation of PSC in Bogor City. WWF ID has received a commitment from WWF Norway to provide grant support for the implementation of PSC in Bogor City with the parties during 2021-2024. In carrying out its program, it is open to get support from the Bogor City Budget and other non-binding sources of funds.This PSC commitment adds to the record of Bogor City's achievements in environmental protection and conservation. Previously, Bogor City had won the One Planet City Chalenge competition in 2018, as the City Champion for Earth Hour, the formation of the Ciliwung Naturalization Task Force of Bogor City and the Ciliwung Care Community of Bogor City which is active in preserving the Ciliwung River and Bogor City is one of the pioneers who issued regulations through the Bogor Mayor Regulation in implementing single-use plastic policies. And in 2023 Bogor City will be awarded the Adipura Cup in the Big City category by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK).
2. PURPOSE & PURPOSE
To kick-start PSC actions and activities, Yayasan TRecord Alam Nusantara (TRecord Nusantara Foundation) collaborated with the Bogor City Government to propose several work programs for 2023. The proposed programs are; Placing several kinds of machines and technology in managing wasteplastic in integrated TPS3R in Mekarwangi Village and revitalization of 1 TPS3R in Baranangsiang Village. Conducting socialization and education to reduce the use of plastic bags in traditional markets and supporting the work program of the Ciliwung Naturalization Task Force in Bogor City.TPS3R in Mekarwangi Village will be completed in February 2023. TPS3R will be able to manage plastic waste around the TPS3R location and also plastic waste in priority RTs or RTs assisted by the Ciliwung Naturalization Task Force in Bogor City.In carrying out this 2023 program, TPS3R in Mekarwangi Village needs a machine to process plastic waste, especially low-value plastic waste (such as multilayer/sachet, crackle) into a product that is useful and has economic value. Based on this, the machines needed include:
1.) Product printing machines.
3. QUALIFICATIONS
The engine specifications that we will choose are as follows:
A. Product printing machine
1. The machine must be able to print the molten plastic produced by the melt machine
2. The machine must be able to produce products in the form of blocks and or boards from low-value plastic melts
3. Examples of products produced are blocks with a size of 5 x 5 cm, with a length of at least 130 cm and or boards measuring 10 x 7.5 cm long 130 cm
4. The mold system must be able to produce at least between 20 to 50 sticks per day
5. The mold system should be as easy to operate as possible and easy to open the product from the mold
6. Machine construction material is made of mild steel 400, with finishing coating
7. Production capacity; 10 kg shredding machine per hour , plastic melting machine 28 kg per hour
8. Plastic press machine that can produce mold 5 bars per hour
B. Payment for making the machine 50% DP and 50% repayment when the machine has been completed.
1. TERMS
The requirements for companies that can apply are as follows:
1. Have a legal entity PT or CV
2. Have experience in machine construction and manufacturing
3. Experienced in manufacturing plastic waste processing machines
4. Experienced in making similar machines with qualifications in point 3
5. Has a machine warranty for 1 year and a service warranty for 3 years
6. Have a commitment to train how to operate machines and maintain machines for a certain period
